An old house where you can stay like you live I renovated an old house that is built 70 years ago This property is limited to one group per day. On weekdays, it can also be used as a workcation facility for a good deal. It is located a 5-minute walk from Namikana Station on the JR Sobo Line, but it is surrounded by calm nature. Here, we offer a wonderful accommodation experience with a renovated old Japanese house. The rooms are old but comfortable and cozy, and you can enjoy the atmosphere of the good old Japan. Surfing is also close to Ojuku and Ichinomiya in the outhouse area. Surfing is bustling all year round.There are also many golf courses. A barrel sauna and water bath have been installed. The price shown is for 6 people per night. We recommend booking with family and friends, as there is a plus cleaning fee and reservation fee.(Up to 9 people)　 * Please consult in advance by message for more than the number of people. The property is about 120 m ², including earthen space. Rest assured, all around the water is new.Some walls are naturally made of diatomaceous earth for a comfortable stay. There are convenience stores and restaurants nearby, but a car is required for shopping at the supermarket. Outdoor use after 9 pm, barbecue facilities and sauna are prohibited.Do not leave windows open indoors. Fireworks and bonfires are prohibited throughout the day. There are many gaps in old houses, and insects often come in.If you are not good at seeing insects, we don't recommend staying here. In particular, there may be a large spider called an Ashitaka spider.Please understand that they are beneficial insects. There are also insecticides, but please take them outside as much as possible. There are many trees around the building, mosquitoes, bees and grasshoppers, and frogs during the rainy season. When barbecuing, please take good measures with insect repellent spray, etc. Please do not leave garbage in the garden as it will attract wildlife. Smoking is in front of the pizza oven. Smoking, walking cigarettes, etc. in other places can also cause smells and fires, so it is prohibited.
