If you're looking for a beach getaway, we might be the one for you! Located 500 meters from the crystal clear sea of the Salento Ionian coast, ours is a cozy tourist location with 5 bedrooms (11 beds), each with a private bathroom to ensure comfort and privacy. The strategic location will allow you to easily explore the wonders of the area, whether you want to relax on the beach or venture out to discover the surrounding villages. The space The house has: a kitchenette equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, extractor and dishes, located in a large living room, with a table where you can eat and our convivial corner. A long corridor leads to the 5 rooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. 4 rooms are double and 1 is triple. All the rooms have a bed, a masonry wardrobe, and a small desk; the three rooms located on the right of the corridor have a small private outdoor space with a table, chairs, umbrella, and clothesline. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have wall fans and wi-fi. The area in front of the house has a veranda with a table and chairs, a solarium with sun loungers and a garden with seating, as well as a masonry barbecue. We have set aside a small corner reserved for the outdoor shower and washing machine area at your disposal and for exclusive use. Guest access The house is at your disposal, starting from the parking lot (shared with me), the entire house, the garden, and the outdoor shower and washing machine area. The only area shared with me is the access veranda, where there are the entrances to the left of the lemon tree, your accommodation and to the right my access. Registration Details IT073012C200050905
