Villa Iva is a private holiday home located in a peaceful rural setting in Trilj. The property consists of two fully equipped apartments on the second floor, rented together to one group only, ensuring privacy and exclusive use of the pool and guest facilities. There is one additional apartment on the first floor with a separate entrance used by the owners. Access to the upper floor is via a shared staircase. The owners do not use the pool or any guest facilities. The space The completely private yard of Villa Iva offers a beautifully designed outdoor space with a pool, garden, and plenty of comfort. The pool features a hydromassage section and is surrounded by a paved terrace equipped with comfortable sun loungers and outdoor furniture. The garden and terrace are decorated with palm trees, flowers, and other Mediterranean plants, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. Children can enjoy the trampoline and small football goals, while adults can relax or prepare meals in the charming outdoor kitchen and fireplace area, thoughtfully built into the preserved stone wall of a traditional Dalmatian house. A wooden window overlooking the landscape adds a unique, rustic touch. The shaded outdoor dining area sits beneath a canopy, perfect for meals in the fresh air. Next to it, in a separate enclosed building, you’ll find an additional kitchen, dining area, and a toilet. Villa Iva is divided into two modern, fully furnished units. Guests have access to two fully equipped kitchens, two living rooms, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two additional toilets. All bedrooms feature king-size beds and TVs, while the living room sofas can be used as extra beds for one person each. Both bathrooms include walk-in showers and washing machines. The villa also offers balconies where you can enjoy views of the surrounding nature and beautiful sunsets. All rooms are air-conditioned and covered by a strong WiFi connection. Free on-site parking is available. Guest access Guests have access to two separate apartments located on the second floor of the house, as well as the swimming pool, sun deck, outdoor kitchen, and dining area. The pool and all guest facilities are reserved exclusively for your group. There is one additional apartment on the first floor with a separate entrance used by the owners.
