The space The accommodation is located on the third floor with elevator in a fully renovated building. It has a large living area with two sofas (including a sofa bed), 55" TV, dining table and kitchen equipped with oven, kettle, milk frother, juicer, coffee machine, washing machine; bedroom with 160x190 cm double bed, view of Palazzo Bonagia, 43" TV, coat hanger with hangers, dresser, bathroom with large shower; bedroom with 150x190 cm double bed, 43" TV, coat hanger with hangers and drawers; bathroom with shower; terrace overlooking Palazzo Bonagia, furnished with sofa, two poufs, dining table, umbrella. All TVs have a Netflix subscription, and the internet connection is fiber optic (2.5 Gbps). A travel crib for children is available upon request. Other things to note If you're arriving by car, please contact me and I'll provide you with the details for accessing the traffic-restricted zone (ZTL). There is a free unattended parking lot outside the ZTL, a three-minute walk from the house (it is not always possible to find a parking space) and a paid parking lot in a guarded garage inside the ZTL, a five-minute walk away (if you prefer this parking lot, let me know at the time of booking so I can book a parking space for you).
