It comes with a double-size bed (separable), and one extra bed (upon request), a brand new kitchen appliance, and a bathroom. Mansard-roof comes with everything for a comfortable stay. Hotel-style fresh linens and towels are provided. The entire unit has a fridge, kettle, induction cooker and food utensils. Free WiFi. The villa has a garden, outdoor fireplace (for extra cost) and private parking. It is in a calm and friendly area, on the hill, this makes this place special and reveals beautiful views. Other things to note In winter, there are ski slopes to practice skiing and snowboarding and winter sports. You can visit "Bakuriani", a ski resort 30 min drive from here. Guest access The mansard is on the third floor of a house with the private entrance on a backyard. There are outdoor stairs - 12 steps.
