The property is immersed in nature, set on a 10,000m² estate, offering a wonderful view of Capri, Ischia, Procida, and the Gulf of Naples. The villa is located between Sorrento and Positano, strategically positioned for exploring the Sorrento and Amalfi Coast. You can freshen up in our private pool and admire a breathtaking sunset over the sea from our upper terrace. The space Villa Mimí is perfect for couples or families with a child. The house consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower cabin, and a living room with a sofa bed. The spacious double bedroom is located on the second floor, accessible via a few stairs. The villa is decorated in a rustic style, in harmony with its surroundings, while the interior furnishings have been mostly crafted by local artisans. The villa is surrounded by a large garden, a vegetable garden tended by the owners, and a private pool. Guest access Villa Mimí features an outdoor patio equipped with a kitchen and barbecue, providing the perfect setting for enjoying a delightful al fresco lunch or dinner. Surrounding the house are expansive gardens and a vegetable garden where the owners cultivate a variety of fruits and vegetables year-round. For a refreshing swim on a hot summer day, our private pool (available from May) offers an ideal oasis. Additionally, from the upper terrace, you can admire breathtaking sunsets over the Gulf of Naples, accompanied by a good prosecco or Italian wine. Other things to note To maintain the good conditions of the outdoor spaces, the owners will take care of the villa once a week for the maintenance of the green areas. Also, daily in the morning, the pool cleaning is arranged. We will always ensure the privacy of our guests, choosing the best times to avoid any inconvenience.
