Located in the heart of the village of Queyras and its regional natural park, our chalet offers an exceptional panoramic view of the mountains. In terms of equipment, everything is there: relaxation room with jacuzzi and sauna, small garden with deck chairs, suspended terrace, ski room, bathtub, fully equipped kitchen and office space on the mezzanine. With its 200m², everyone finds their place! Welcome to nature lovers. The space Ground floor: ski room, games room and relaxation area with sauna and 4-seater jacuzzi. 1st floor: a 140 bed bedroom, a 160 bed bedroom, a 160 bed bedroom with balcon, a dormitory room with 3 bunk beds, or 6 single beds. a bathroom, a shower room with WC, a separate WC. 2nd floor: a large living room of 60m2 with open kitchen. All facing SOUTH overlooking the panoramic terrace. Separate WC. 3rd floor: large mezzanine, office space and sofa. Opens onto a balcon. Guest access all floors are accessibles to travelers Other things to note Here is finally our furnished chalet. Enjoy! The 3 high beds of the bunk beds are limited in weight (75-80kg max). The 5th bedroom corresponds to the mezzanine. On site: raclette and fondue machines, cleaning kits, filter coffee maker and SENSEO. We ask that guests leave the chalet clean when they leave and empty all rubbish into the appropriate containers. Exceptionally, and on prior request so that we can organize ourselves, we offer a cleaning fee of €400 if travelers do not have the opportunity to clean before leaving.
