Description

Terrace measuring 160m2 located in the Alto das Bromélias Condominium, within the Imbassaí Reserve Complex. Large room divided into two spaces, decorated, air-conditioned and integrated into the front balcony, with a deck for the garden. There are 3 air-conditioned en-suites, with Smart TV and closets; toilet; soap, shampoo, bed and bath linens available; full and equipped kitchen; service area with washing machine. The illustrated pool is part of the private Club of our condominium. WE DO NOT ALLOW VISITORS. The space - The Imbassaí Resort Reserve Complex is equipped with a complete infrastructure with private access and 24-hour security, a private beach with an exclusive social club with bar and restaurant service, a soccer field, a children's playground, a fitness center, tennis courts, a basketball court and handball. It consists of four residential condominiums – Alto das Bromélias, Terraço das Buganvilias, Vale das Orquídeas, Vila dos Lírios and the Gran Palladium Hotel. - Our house is located in the Alto das Bromélias Condominium. The club, exclusive to the residents of Alto das Bromélias, has a swimming pool with a lane fully integrated into nature and stands out for being the only one with a restaurant. It serves the pool area, with a variety of dishes for lunch, snacks and light meals. It also has a gourmet space, barbecue and wood-burning oven for pizza. - Access to the beach from our house is 1 km, where the guest can go by car (parking in front) or on foot. When you arrive at the bridge that gives access to the beach, you can take in the beautiful view while walking or by the electric cart provided free of charge to the tenants. When you reach the end, just turn left for exclusive access to the Reserve's beach, with a bar and restaurant and a structure of wooden chairs and tables with straws to protect you from the sun. - Access to Imbassaí village is through the condominium's internal road. The Tend Tudo market is 2 km away. To the right after the market, there are pharmacies, restaurants and beverage outlets. Turning left, you have access to the other part of the village with more restaurants, squares and local shops. All roads have a bike path, so enjoy cycling. The meeting of the Rio with the Sea is special in Imbassaí, take the opportunity to take a ride on the raft there, taking in the view. - Going forward, along the green line, 10 km away, is the village of Diogo and Santo Antônio, famous for its dunes and paradisiacal beaches. 10 km away, towards Salvador, is Praia do Forte, where right at the entrance you can find a large supermarket, Hiper Ideal. Praia do Forte is known for its nightlife, filled with bars and restaurants with live music, as well as the presence of the Old Garcia D'ávila Castle and the Tamar Project (both open to visitors). Toward Salvador, there are other beaches worth visiting, such as Itacimirim (22 km), Guarajuba (29 km) - where there is a shopping mall with restaurants, a bank, and other utilities, as well as another large supermarket (G Barbosa) - and Arembepe (44 km), which became famous for hosting Janis Joplin in the 1960s, in her Hippies Village. We are sure that you will have a great experience in our residence, which in addition to being fully prepared to welcome you with bed and bath linens, shampoos and soaps, kitchen utensils, air-conditioning and TVs in all environments and internet, is located in a unique, privileged environment, within an Atlantic Forest Environmental Reserve. With all the privacy and luxury a resort can offer. Guest access You will have access through the main entrance (Via BR) and to the village through the secondary entrance. Through this access, you are already in the village where there are markets, restaurants and pharmacies. Although close, we recommend going by car for more comfort. In the village of Imbassai, there are public parking lots. Other things to note Rules for Living Together: To maintain the harmony, conservation and integrity of our property, you must carefully read and respect the following rules: •Guest responsibility for the house begins at check-in time for key pickup. • We do not allow people who are not registered as guests to enter. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, and its outdoor areas are reserved for this purpose; • Do not flush non-degradable materials such as cotton swabs, sanitary pads, condoms, diapers, hairpins, hair, dental floss, cotton, etc., which can cause clogging in the network and in the toilet itself. •The User must report the occurrence of damages under his responsibility to the property, and/or its facilities, which must be reimbursed by the User, who must pay the amounts calculated at the time of check-out. •It is the responsibility of the guests to conserve the spaces, materials and equipment of the property and the Condominium, making proper use of the common areas, as well as meeting and fostering the rules of good neighborliness. •The property will be properly cleaned and tidied up for your arrival. When leaving the apartment, please place the trash in the outside area of the apartment, as well as leave it in a reasonably clean condition. An additional fee of R$ 50.00 will be charged if this condition is not respected. •It is not allowed to hang clothes or the like on windows, terraces, outside the service area, balconies and walls, damaging the aesthetics of the condominium. •Use of ATVs in the project: Only people over 18 years of age may drive the vehicle, do not exceed the maximum passenger limit (2 per unit), it is not allowed to travel on the DUNES and BEACHES as it is an area of environmental protection and do not travel on the walkway that gives access to the sea. •The opening hours of the Alto das Bromélias Club are from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., with its Restaurant open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., the courts from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., and the Gym from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., every day. • Glassware and glass utensils are not allowed around the club pool. •Do not violate the law of silence, so as not to disturb the peace of neighboring tenants. • Noise and disturbances caused by horns, animals, musical instruments, sound reproduction devices, or even loud voices are not allowed between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m., so as not to disturb unit owners, causing them restlessness, unrest or discomfort. • No parking of any vehicles will be allowed along the main road system of the Condominium, whether belonging to guests and/or visitors, and the parking lots previously defined by the project's design must be used. •The maximum speed allowed on any of the Condominium's circulation routes is 40 KM/h, regardless of the size, class or type of vehicle. •Access to the Condominium will be allowed only to authorized persons duly identified in the Entrance Gate.
