The space Enjoy a relaxing stay at our home, located in Dela Cresta Terrazas De Punta Fuego, Barrio Natipuan, Nasugbu, Batangas. This property can host up to 12 guests (kids under 10 are free of charge and not included in the headcount, with a max of 3 kids included). Please inquire if your group exceeds 12 to see if we can accommodate your needs. We welcome pets at our house. Please let us know in advance if you will be bringing your furry friend. 3 bedrooms, each equipped with their own bathroom. ALL Bedrooms include a queen bed (sleeps 2), and one bunk bed (sleeps up to 3) FREE towel use is included in your stay. Paper towels, toilet papers, and garbage bags are provided. Kitchen: You have free use of the kitchen. We have the following things available for our guests to use: – Gas Stove, Oven, BBQ Grill – Rice Cooker, Electric Kettle – Microwave, Refrigerator – Variety Pots and Pans – Dinnerware and Eating Utensils – Cooking Utensils – Drinking Water Things to bring: – Toiletries (i.e. shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothpaste) – Food to cook (including condiments) Please be respectful of the property and clean as you go. Also be kind to other neighbors and security. Additional Note: The base rate covers accommodation for 12 guests. Each extra guest incurs an additional charge of 1000php per night, with a maximum total occupancy of 15 guests. If your party exceeds 12 guests, please get in touch with us. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house except the Masters Bedroom upstairs (which is being used as storage). Other things to note You do have access to the beach, which is less than 10 minutes drive. But we do provide you with a free shuttle to and from the beach. There are water sports available (i.e. Banana Boat, Jet Ski, etc.) at the beach for a separate fee. Please keep in mind that we do experience occasional power outages. Sometimes the power will come back within a few minutes, or hours — it depends. But we will try our best to accommodate. If there is anything else you need, please don't hesitate to ask our caretakers for help. Please note: The caretakers will be around 24/7, but you will still have your privacy. If there is anything you need help with, they will be there to assist you.
