Our place is located in heart of Seoul. Loved and desired location by many tourists. HBC (Haebangcheon) is a charming place bustling with variety of local and international restaurants, bars, and cafes. Our home is located far from the noise but close to the excitement. Just minutes away from the subway and seconds away from local buses to take you to any of your favorite destinations. The space House consists of 2 spacious bed rooms with full kitchen and bathroom and a patio for your comfortable stay. The tastefully decorated master bed room is equipped with an American style queen size bed and transforms into entertaining living room with a large flat screen TV / full cable. The spare bedroom is equipped with a single bed and clothes hanger with lots of floor space for luggage storage. Fast Wi-Fi and internet included. Full kitchen equipped with all appliances and necessary utensils. Full bathroom equipped with toiletries. Guest access Private entrance with patio The entire house is available for use. All household items in the house can be used. Other things to note This is a note when using the accommodation. Please take care of the house so you can stay in a clean and comfortable accommodation for a long time. 1. Smoking is not allowed in the house. If you smoke inside, you may be charged a cleaning fee for odor removal. 2. Be sure to turn off the electricity (air conditioner, heater etc.) when you go out. 3. Please separate recyclables and place is at door when checking out. :) 4. Please store food waste separately in a plastic and place it at the door when checking out. ^ ^
