The fully equipped apartment is located in a farmhouse from 1898. With air conditioning and underfloor heating, the 65 m² apartment offers an ideal living space climate and, due to the full and modern furnishings, a perfect stay as a city apartment. A box spring bed with organic cotton bed linen as well as a bunk bed and a sofa bed can accommodate up to 6 people. The property is about a 10-minute walk to the "Degerloch" subway station. For an electric car, a safe parking space with fast charging option (11 kW – via type 2) is available. The parking area is suitable for a standard size vehicle with a maximum height of 2.2 meters and a maximum width of 2.5 meters. A SENSEO original coffee machine including pads are available for your stay. Guest access Via number codes, the parking space in the courtyard, house entrance and apartment entrance (on the ground floor) are continuously and independently accessible (self check-in). The access codes are sent shortly before arrival and on the day of arrival (as a reminder). Please be sure to send the codes to all relevant guests. There are no staff on site. Due to our standardized cleaning processes, only the beds for the basic occupancy are made. All other duvets and pillows as well as the corresponding covers are prepared for you in bed and sofa boxes as well as in boxes in the apartment.
