The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances (microwave, air fryer, coffee machine) as well as cooking tools, plates, and cutlery. (Detailed instructions are in the House Manual!) However, please respect these simple rules: 1. Please wash dishes and cooking tools immediately after use. 2. Put food waste in the sink strainer. 3. Items inside the fridge are NOT shared. (They are the host's private food.) During your stay [Warm Hospitality & Cultural Exchange] I cherish new connections with travelers from all over the world. If you are interested, we can share a meal or a drink in the living room and exchange our cultures. I can also share hidden local spots in Seoul. (*For hygiene, please do NOT let the pets climb onto your bed. If they jump up, please gently put them down on the floor.) 2. 👥 No Guest Swapping (Penalty $30) Changing guests during the stay is prohibited. A penalty of $30 per night per person will be charged for violations. 3. 💸 Damages & Stains Any damage to facilities or permanent stains on bedding/furniture will be charged via the Airbnb Resolution Center. 4. 👟 Shoes Off / 🚭 No Smoking Please take off your shoes inside. Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited (Fine: 100,000 KRW). 5. 🏠 Private Room You are booking a "Private Room." Common areas (Living room, Kitchen) are shared. (No unregistered visitors allowed.)
