Ilbo Stay has the look of a house that was once a mainstream part of Korea. I believe you'll have a unique stay that is different from modern Korean accommodations. It's also a house for me, my dog and cat, and other guests. It's a great place to gather in the living room in the evenings to eat, drink, talk, share travel plans, and maybe even travel with other guests when the chance arises. Plus, my dogs and cat are so lovely. You'll surely fall in love with them. The check-in time for this house is 15:00, and the check-out time is 11:00. This house has a small yard. So if you arrive before check-in, you can leave your luggage in the yard. Similarly, you can leave your luggage in the yard after you check out. However, the main gate password is changed periodically, so if you don't pick up your luggage for more than 24 hours, it will be moved out of the gate. Fully stocked with cooking and bathroom supplies. The host personally cleans the space to keep it clean and always sanitizes and disinfects the bathroom and bedding. I will do my best to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. I love interacting with guests. But I also recognize that some guests like to keep to themselves, so if you're one of those people who likes to interact, feel free to do so! If it's okay with the guest, I'd love to share a meal with them and experience their culture firsthand. Sometimes, I have barbecue parties in the yard with my friends, including pork belly, Korean beef, and eel. If you want to experience Korean culture with locals, I highly recommend coming to my place. Ilbo Stay is located in Dongdaemun-gu. To be more specific, it is located near the Jeonnong-dong intersection(전농동 사거리), a transportation hub that allows you to easily visit Seoul's hot spots all over the city. You could say that this neighborhood still retains a bit of the old Seoul. There is a small market called Jeonrong Rotary Market near the house and you can see many old-style shops. Cheongnyangni Station Transfer Center is a 9-minute bus ride from the house. Seoul buses are easy to use, as transfers are free or very cheap if you're boarding another bus within 30 minutes. 1. I have two dogs and one cat who are very people-loving. - Please do not book if you are allergic to fur or are afraid or dislike dogs or cats. 2. This listing is for a private room, not a whole house. For that reason, I do not allow guests other than those registered through Airbnb. - If this is absolutely necessary, please let me know in advance. 3. No parking lot is available. 4. If there is any breakage, damage, or stain on the property, there may be additional charges. 5. Smoking is prohibited indoors. (If you smoke, you will be charged 100,000 won.) 6. Please avoid eating food with too much odor as much as possible 7. Although routine disinfection is in place, bugs may be introduced from outside. Please take this into consideration when making your reservation. 8. For stays of 2 or more people, prohibit some of the existing guests from leaving and being replaced by new guests in the middle of the stay. If a guest is replaced, they'll be considered an additional guest and will need to pay $20 per night.
