This beautiful studio can accommodate up to 2 people, ideal for a couple Then the corner: - kitchen equipped with fridge, microwave, all utensils not to mention beer glasses - breakfast area with NESPRESSO coffee machine + kettle + toaster The space Only 250 m from the beach, at the bottom of the Sylvia parking lot to park very easily and then do everything on foot. Our studio is located on the 3rd and top floor without elevator access. The apartment is ideal for couples. Cozy and soothing, we have fully equipped our accommodation to be relaxing & peaceful. We put all our love into it The place is great for 2 given the distribution of beds: - a very comfortable sofa bed for 2 people Then you will find: - a living room with a table + 2 chairs - a sofa/apéro area with a CONNECTED TV + NETFLIX + AMAZON PRIME - a bathroom with shower + sink as well as a toilet + a WASHING MACHINE Guest access To access the accommodation dear guests, we will give you independent access to a code safe to collect the keys. You will receive the instructions on the day of your arrival. (in the morning) The accommodation is on the 3rd floor without elevator access. Other things to note Bed linen and bathroom linen are not provided. On site there are: duvets, mattress covers and pillows and plaids that will be provided. OPTIONAL: We offer an extra bed linen & toiletries in the form of a pack: - €20 for the 2-person pack: 1 double bed + 2 towels per person. This price is the price of the service we pay to the laundry. Please let us know if you would like us to prepare this for your arrival, otherwise if you do not wish to take this, we invite you to bring your own bed linen and towels please.
