Surrounded by nature, the new vacation house with a heated pool, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is waiting for you. Located in Ljubitovica, so You can enyoj in privacy but also have quick acces with the car to the city of UNESCO townTrogir (cca 20km), Šibenik (cca 25km) or to the beach (cca 18km). First market 5km, airport Split 23km, National park Krka 30km away The space House has 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a kitchen (dish washer, fridge, oven) with dining table and a living room. Living room has airconditioner and TV with SAT programms. In front is outside furniture, heated pool, toilet with shower and outside grill. On the 1st floor, which is connected with outside stairs with ground floor, there are two bedrooms. Each bedroom has a king size bed (180x200), smart TV, SAT programms and airconditioner. Extra bed for one person (in each bedroom) or travel kinderbed are on disposal. Between bedrooms there is a bathroom with shower and washing machine. In front, on the 1st floor, is a big balcony with view on nature. Houes is in a quite, private surroundings in nature. Parking is private, next to the house. Guest access Guests have on dispoal the whole house (2 bedrooms, 2 toilets, kitchen, living room, balcony, front yard with heated pool, outside grill, outside furniture).
