Power Backup We have a Colony Park and a big Ground neaby for morning / evening walks etc ( specially for our long stay guests ), Also have good Wifi ( specially for WFH guests ) We also have well equipped kitchen. It is adjacent to the room equipped with induction stove cooktop, basic utensils and RO water purifier etc and plenty of complimentary goodies and snacks, Tea and coffee sachet for self preparing your morning breakfast during your visit. The property has all the necessary amenities to make your stay comfortable such as AC, Big android TV (casting NetFlix, Amazon Prime, Hotstar etc) , Hot water geyser in the bathroom, electric kettle, Induction Stove and all the basic cooking utensils . Guests are requested to clean all utensils used during their stay.If utensils are left unwashed, an additional cleaning fee of ₹300 will be charged. 7. Housekeeping services are available between 10:30 AM and 11:30 PM ⏲️Please drop us a message as to when would you want the staff to do housekeeping. 8. Iron are available upon request—just let us know! 9. Common areas should be left in the condition they were found. 3. *No Alcohol:* The consumption of alcoholic beverages is not permitted on the property premises. This includes all common areas, outdoor spaces, and any other shared facilities. 4.) We do not book Local IDs. By following these guidelines, we can maintain a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for everyone. Violation of these policies may result in penalties, including but not limited to fines or eviction.
