The Beach: Studio with direct access to La Roquille beach

Nice Studio in the colors of the Mediterranean that can accommodate up to 3 guests and has a terrace with sea view. The accommodation is located in a residence with access to the beach within 50 m (Le Mole and La Roquille). Small shops nearby (Carrefour City, bakery, restaurant, etc.) You will also have a private and secure parking space within the residence. Included in the accommodation: Bed linen and towels at your disposal The space STUDIO with private PARKING and TERRACE with sea view, for 3 people. With an ideal position in the Mole area, you will have direct access to the beach! The accommodation is equipped for 3 guests and we can provide you with a travel cot. To access the accommodation, you will need to climb 5 steps, without elevator access. It consists of the following: BATHROOM, with a shower cubicle, sink with mirror, storage cabinet under sink, and toilet. LIVING ROOM offering a sofa bed, TV on a small storage cabinet, coffee table, 6-box storage cabinet, as well as a single sofa bed. KITCHEN open to the living room, with a top refrigerator, microwave, 2-burner glass-ceramic hob, Senseo coffee maker (New April 2024), kettle, ... and everything you need to make good little dishes. TERRACE, south facing, with sea and garden views, with a table for the dining area. Bed and bath linens are available in the accommodation upon arrival. Guest access You have private access to the entire apartment and parking space. The only shared spaces are the common areas of the residence such as the access corridors. Access to common areas is secured through the use of VIGIK. Other things to note ACCOMMODATION MODALITY The keys are to be picked up at the reception point "Conciergerie du Cap d 'Agde" located 3 minutes by car from the accommodation and 7 minutes by foot. You can pick up the keys on your own from 4pm in a numbered lockbox accessible 24/7. A digital welcome booklet will be shared with you on the day of your arrival giving access codes to retrieve the keys and assistance with easy access to the accommodation. Attention: For hygiene reasons, the beds are not made:) Bed linen is available in the accommodation PARKING All amenities are within walking distance after parking your vehicle in the private parking lot.
