It is equipped to offer you a high quality service. The kitchen has all the necessary amenities (dishes, wine glasses, pots, etc.) and additional amenities (food processor, mixer, fryer, heating blender, etc.). You can enjoy a real Espresso coffee every morning. All the elements are coordinated with the toaster and kettle. To facilitate your arrival, we provide you with basic products (tea, coffee, oil, salt, pepper) and hygiene products (soap, shower gel, dishwasher tablets, laundry, etc.) in minimum quantities. The table is extendable to easily accommodate 6 to 8 guests (2 additional stools are available in the closet). The sofa is convertible offering two extra beds. The heating is centralized. Simply turn the thermostat to suit your needs. The accommodation offers 3 bedrooms: - a double room equipped with a desk and a comfortable armchair; - another double bedroom, also equipped with a desk and a comfortable armchair; - one bedroom with two single beds. To ensure the best sleep, high-quality mattresses have been invested in. To work serenely or entertain yourself, fiber has been installed offering you a high-speed Internet connection. Every room has a real wardrobe with hangers. The apartment includes a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet with hand basin. We provide all linens and towels. In the closet, you will find a whole range of games, toys and books. Many childcare items are also available (high chair, baby bed, floor mattress, baby carrier, sleeping bag, pot warmer, bottles, etc.). You can also benefit from a folding stroller stored in the residence's bike room. The garden/terrace is spacious and fully private (75 m2 outside). For now, it has a small relaxation area (with armchairs) but it will be redeveloped for this spring. Note the swing, the slide and the hut, notable points if you have children! Finally, to help you keep the apartment clean, the apartment is equipped with a broom vacuum cleaner and you will also find everything you need in household products. A steam generator is also available. We have made sure to bring you maximum comfort and well-being, the goal being that you are not only satisfied with your stay but also delighted. Guest access The apartment is on the ground floor, overlooking the inner part of the residence. Access to the residence is secure with two digicode doors, the codes of which will be communicated to you before your arrival. The entrance to the apartment is automated and autonomous thanks to a connected lock. The access code will be communicated to you before your arrival, at the same time as the digicode. Outside, you can easily find free parking spaces. Other things to note Just don't forget to bring your slippers 🙂
