Our newly renovated apartment is located in the area of Ammoudara and is just a three-minute walk to the beach. The location is ideal, as you will find everything you need easily (tavernas, bars, cafes, supermarkets, shops, cinema, medical center, pharmacy, car/bike rental offices). The space Next to the wonderful and sandy beach of Ammoudara, you will enjoy your stay, as it provides you with all the amenities you will need. Our apartment is fully equipped, just like your home (free Wi-Fi, 32 SMART full HD TV, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, juicer, cookware, hair dryer, iron/ironing board, clothes rack) You can enjoy your morning coffee or tea on the balcony overlooking the sea. In addition, you will be welcomed with Cretan products, such as honey, olive oil and a traditional drink! Guest access The city center of Heraklion and the museums are about 7km away. There is frequent bus transportation to the center/port/airport of Heraklion (every 10-20 minutes). By bus it takes 20 minutes to the center and the ticket costs €1.60, which you can buy from the nearby mini market. While buying it on the bus will cost you €2.50 per person. In addition, there is a taxi stop nearby. There is no private parking, but there is plenty of parking around the building on the street. Other things to note It has a private bathroom. ========================= According to the current Greek legislation (Law 5073/2023), a City Tax is imposed for each night.
