Beautiful apartment completely renovated in 2023 with 4 beds. The space The recently renovated apartment is located on the 2nd floor, which can also be reached by an elevator located 8 steps away immediately after entering the building. It consists of: - entrance, with shoe rack and coat rack; - living room with a queen-size sofa bed in an open space with a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, gas stove, ventilated oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine with DolceGusto capsules, dishes and pots for every need and TV; the kitchen overlooks a small balcony where you can also hang out the laundry and where the containers for the separate collection of waste are located; - double bedroom with double bed and 1 single bed, large wardrobe, drawers, bedside tables and 32"TV with device to access Netflix, Youtube, Dazn etc. with your own account; 1 full bathroom; 2 bathrooms with sink, shower and washer-dryer. Free Wi-Fi and air conditioning. In addition to bath and bed linen (and an iron with an ironing board), we also provide disposable plates, glasses and cutlery. Our main focus is on the hygiene of the property, but we do not miss pampering for guests, each time with different products, offering a rich welcome breakfast free of charge, as well as soft drinks and sweets. The apartment enjoys a strategic position because, even if it is 1.5 km from the historic center, the bus stop right in front of the house allows you to reach it in a few minutes (in just over 10 minutes the bus allows you to reach Piazza Tommaseo - 50 meters from Piazza Unità d'Italia). We advise guests to park around the house, where you can find free parking on the street, and get around on foot or by bus). The entrance to the Burlo Garofolo Children's Hospital is about 150 meters away, and the Cattinara Hospital and the Cardiology Center are about 1 km away.
