Bright Apartment with Balcony and Free Street Parking • Quiet Area The space Cozy, bright, and functional, this apartment is the ideal solution for those who want to stay in Trieste in a quiet setting that is still well connected to the city center. Located just outside the historic center, it allows you to enjoy a quiet setting without sacrificing the convenience of getting around: the bus stop is right outside the building and lets you reach the center in just a few minutes. The apartment consists of an entrance hall leading to an open-plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a sofa bed. The sleeping area features a spacious bedroom with a queen-size bed and a twin bed, ideal for families or small groups. A camping cot for children is also available upon request. Two bathrooms are available to guests: one full bathroom with a window, and a second bathroom with a shower and a laundry area. Completing the apartment is a balcony with a pleasant sitting area. Third floor with an elevator (approximately 10 steps at the entrance). Free on-street parking available (not private). Close to the Burlo Garofalo Hospital and well connected to the Cattinara Hospital.
