Lovely apartment completely renovated in 2023 with 4 beds. The space The apartment, recently renovated, is located on the 2nd floor, also accessible by elevator located 8 steps just after the entrance to the building. It consists of: - entrance, with shoe rack and hangers; - stay with a sofa bed for 1 and a half in an open environment with full kitchen equipped with fridge/freezer, gas stove, ventilated oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine with DolceGusto capsules, dishes and pots for every need and TV; the kitchen overlooks a balcony where it is also possible to spread laundry and where containers for recycling are located; - double bedroom with double bed and 1 single bed, large closet, dresser, nightstands and 32"TV with device to access Netflix, Youtube, Dazn etc. with their own account; 1 full bathroom; 2 bathroom with sink, shower and washer-dryer. The apartment enjoys a strategic position because, although it is 1.5 km from the historic center, the bus stop right in front of the house allows you to reach it in a few minutes (in just over 10 minutes the bus allows you to reach P.zza Tommaseo - 50 meters from Piazza Unità d 'Italia). We recommend that guests park around the house, where you can find free parking on the street, and get around on foot or by bus).
