Located in the strict center of Ljubljana, the Sviti Studio Apartment in the famous Souvan House is the ideal starting point for exploring the city's sights. The air-conditioned apartment with high ceilings is located on the second floor and is accessible by lift. It has been recently renovated with a focus on modern design and comfort. The apartment is fully equipped for tourist as well as business stays, for shorter or longer periods and can accommodate 2 persons up to a maximum of 4 persons. The space The air-conditioned Sviti Studio Apartment was completely renovated in April 2024 with a focus on modern design and comfort. The apartment is accessed from the building's inner atrium. The high-ceilinged living area offers a comfortable upholstered sofa that extends into an extra bed for two (160 x 200 cm), a TV and a modern kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with separate freezer compartment, crockery and cutlery. There is a dining table further down the kitchen. The spacious bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. The high ceilings allow for a gallery above the bathroom, where the double bed (160 x 200 cm) is located, but the height of the gallery is not standing. The hallway is furnished with two large wardrobes. Next to the apartment in the inner atrium there is a garden table with two chairs. The apartment also provides an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, bed linen, towels, wireless internet access and smart TV. Guest access Sviti Studio Apartment is located on the second floor of the traditional town house and is accessible by lift from the Town Square. The entrance to the apartment is from the building's inner atrium, where guests can use a garden table with 2 chairs. Other things to note Sviti studio Apartment is a part of Apartments Tour As Ljubljana group, managed by a family-run business with friendly, knowledgeable and experienced staff. Arrival takes place from 14:00 to 21:00 and departure up to 10:00. Guests are welcomed in person. For late arrival from 21:00 to 24:00 there is an additional fee of 30,00 EUR or self-check-in option free of charge. For arrival after 24:00 only self-check-in option is available.
