Kitchen/living room with sofa bed for 2 people, dining table, kitchenette, TV with Italian programmes, air conditioning, 250-litre fridge with freezer compartment, four-burner hob, microwave, washing machine. Room n. 1 with 1 double bed. Room no. 2 with two single beds with the possibility of bringing them together to make a double bed. Bathroom with bidet / toilet / shower with box. Terrace equipped for outdoor dining. Parking for 1 car. Small dogs allowed, maximum 1, for a fee. Cats are not permitted. BOOKING AND STAY RULES: You have to pay by cash the following costs at your arrival: guarantee deposit € 100,00 (that we will give back you at your departure), cleaning service (the guest must clean the kitchenette) € 50,00. Guests have to bring sheets and towels with them. If you need, you can rent sheets for 10€ per person and towels for 5€ per person (a bigger and a smaller one). Villa Adriana is in Rosolina Mare, a peninsula at the extreme north of the Po Delta Park, characterized by a large pine and holm oak forest and a fine sandy beach that slopes gently towards the sea. The structure is in a pine forest on the first floor with a private fenced garden and a terrace equipped for outdoor dining. A short walk takes you to the beach. The center of the town is easily reachable on foot, where the commercial area, amusement park and evening events are located. In addition to the beach it is possible to visit the Botanical Garden of Porto Caleri, the mouth of the Adige river with the panoramic tower, both reachable on foot from the beach or by bicycle.
