The space Welcome to Home Homy🏠, all our homes are fully renovated, very well equipped and offer top-of-the-range support service for a unique travel experience. Our 50 m2 accommodation, located on the 1st floor (with stairs), with a capacity of 4 to 6 people, has two bedrooms a living room/living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with washing machine, and an equipped kitchen. Located a 10-minute walk from the city center of Montluçon, our apartment will be the perfect place to rest on the holiday road, come and discover the city of Montluçon, or recharge after a day of work. The presence of an ashtray at the front door allows you to go out smoking and throw your cigarette butts cleanly. A fixed fine of €120 will be applied if the deposit is not applied. - ARE BATH TOWELS PROVIDED? Yes, absolutely. There is always 1 towel per person, as well as a bath mat for the shower. - IS LINEN PROVIDED? 🧺 Yes, absolutely. You will not need to clutter with your sheets, fitted sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases, everything is present in the accommodation. - IS CLEANING INCLUDED IN THE STAY? 🧼 Absolutely. The rental price includes a cleaning fee so everything is clean and tidy when you arrive. However, we kindly ask you to return the accommodation in a normal condition of use (clean sink, dishes made). A cleaning charge will be applied if it is necessary to carry out a cleaning of more than1 hour. - CAN I RECEIVE AN INVOICE FOR MY STAY? Yes, if you wish we can send you an invoice by email 📩 - IF I FORGET SOME ITEMS, CAN THEY BE SENT TO ME? Yes, your forgotten items can be returned to you. A fee of €10 will be applied for the processing of your request (a service charged by our cleaning provider), in addition to the shipping costs.
