Finally, the historic city of Vienna is only 15 minutes away, inviting you to discover its architectural riches and gastronomic delights The space - 700m from the center of the village, this entire and independent accommodation of 70m² with a large bedroom of 16m² is on the lower level of our house - The accommodation benefits from a private and landscaped outdoor space overlooking a sloping garden of about 1000m² - classified natural area; moreover, being more than 220m above sea level, the accommodation has a magnificent view of the Pilat massif Our place offers: - Separate toilet and bathroom attached to the bedroom - An extra sofa bed in the living room for 2 children or 1 adult (dimensions: 114x186cm) - A dedicated workspace and Wifi - Smart TV with NETFLIX and TV bouquet - A fully equipped kitchen for your comfort: dishwasher, 4 burner and oven ceramic hob, microwave, espresso coffee machine, toaster, filter carafe, etc... - A reversible air/air heat pump installed in early December 2024 for enhanced comfort We also offer 2 mountain bikes for rent (€10/bike/day) to discover the area more easily.
