The building in which the apartment is situated in consists of 6 separate accommodation units, all managed by the same family, which ensures a safe, welcoming and family friendly environment. The space Salteria Residence Premium 3 is situated on the first floor, offering its guests a spacious and covered terrace of 16 SQM, equipped with a comfortable sitting area. As there is an indoor shared elevator, you can use it to get to the main entrance, on the first floor. The apartment spans on 70 SQM and consists of two separate bedrooms both equipped with their individual AC unit and television. Additionally, there are two additional AC units and a television in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities. Guest access There is free Wi-Fi available, separate router for each unit. Free parking is just in front of the building. There is a spacious shared storage space in the basement. All televisions offer “smart” features such as web access, Disney +, YouTube, etc. and we offer you free Netflix access as a complimentary gift :). Upon arrival, we will provide you with our digitized recommendation list. Other things to note The apartment is located a 5-7 minute walk (about 400 meters) from the nearest beach, Porton Biondi. City centre is at 2km away, so you can choose between going by car or on foot (around 25min). The nearest supermarket is at 5 minutes on foot, while the first bigger one (Kaufland) is at 5 min by car. As your host I’m always available for any questions.
