Please maintain quietness and respect our neighbors after 10 PM. The neighbour (our cleaner) will call either me, or the police if noise is excessive after 10 pm. * CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT instructions Check-in instructions will be automatically made available to you no later than 1 DAY BEFORE your stay. It is a mobile app link that fits on iOS, Android, phones and tablets as well as desktop computers. By clicking on the link, you will be able to see detailed instructions on how to check in, if you have difficulty accessing the link, please message me anytime for assistance :) We are here to help. Check-out instructions will be automatically made available to you no later than 1 DAY BEFORE your departure! Please remember to take a photo of the returned keys and also the garage remote once you have checked out! * LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS We usually need at least a day to arrange cleaning and inform our cleaners special check-in requirements. If you have made a same day booking, we cannot ensure you a 3pm check in. However, we will try our best to accommodate your request, therefore, drop us a message before you make a last-minute booking and let us know your planned arrival time! * EARLY CHECK-IN REQUESTS Unlike hotels, we do not have an onsite cleaning service and our cleaners usually make their schedule a day before. We have a standard check in time of 3pm which ensures that our cleaners have enough time to make our home nice and clean for your stay! If you need an early check in, please contact me at least a day before your planned arrival day and we will try our best to accommodate your request! Unfortunately we will not be able to guarantee any early check in request on the day of your arrival, thank you for your understanding in advance! * LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS We understand that sometimes you really enjoy your time here with us and would like stay a little longer! However, we sometimes have guests coming to stay on the same day you check out and unlike hotels, we do not have alternative rooms for them! Therefore it is important that all late check out requests should be made AT LEAST ONE DAY before your departure to ensure that our cleaners have plenty of time to finish their work! If you need to check out after 12pm, an extra HALF DAY rate will be charged through Airbnb and the payment must be made on and before the night you check out for your request to be approved. We will not accommodate late check-out requests on the day of your departure. Without a late checkout confirmation, our cleaner will commence their work at 10am, and they will have access to our property for housekeeping. * Rebooking will be subject to availability and the new daily room rate. The new daily rate may differ from the original booking price. Guests will be required to pay the rebooking price, which may include a higher room rate. * The new check-in date must be within the next 90 days, depending on availability. Please contact us to confirm the availability on the calendar. * Please take the property keys and garage remote with you at all times, or keep the garage remote at the property. Lost Key/Emergency Key Delivery charges will apply at $220. Garage Remote if misplaced will be charged at $220, being the cost of replacement. Emergency locksmiths will be the responsibility of the guest with the cost starting from $220. Please ensure that the TV remote, airconditioner remotes and ceiling fan remotes are not removed from the property and will be charged at replacement cost if found missing upon checkout. * When checking out, please ensure that the villa is left in a clean and tidy condition. Guests will be responsible for covering the cost of any breakages or damages incurred during their stay and any additional cleaning required beyond the standard cleaning and a 'fair use' policy.
