The space Our villa faces south on a 700 m² plot of land with beautiful palm trees that immerse us in the world of holidays and relaxation! The fully open ground floor consists of a living room, dining room and kitchen area, friendly and air-conditioned as well as a toilet. The living room has a huge electric sofa as well as an ambilight TV and a pellet stove. The kitchen is fully equipped (American fridge & freezer with water, ice cubes and crushed ice dispenser, high-end appliances). A 2nd bathroom (also new) with shower and corner bathtub is also present on this landing as well as a separate toilet. The lower half-level floor offers access to the other 2 bedrooms. The first is equipped with a double bed (140 x 200 cm) and the second with a queen size bed (160 x 200 cm) with pool and nature views with direct access to the 2nd terrace equipped with a Spa, pool and relaxing armchairs. This lower half level also opens the doors to a 60 m² space for relaxation and games, billiards, foosball, darts, ping-pong, retro-gaming arcade terminals, bar area with beer tap and sofas (convertible) to allow you to spend wonderful convivial moments with friends or family at any age! Bed and bath linen is provided as well as equipment for little ones (baby bed, scalable child bed, toilet seat reducer, changing mat and chair booster).
