The space Upon arrival, you'll find convenient paid street parking right out front, making it easy to access your home away from home. As you step into the apartment, the first bedroom is immediately on the right. This room features a luxurious queen bed, a generous walk-in wardrobe, and its own air conditioning system, ensuring a comfortable and restful night's sleep. Further down the hallway, you'll find the second bedroom, which is furnished with two cozy single beds and also boasts a walk-in wardrobe and a private air conditioning system, perfect for accommodating additional guests or children. The apartment includes two toilets for your convenience. One toilet is located down the hallway, and next to it, you'll find a full bathroom with an additional toilet, ensuring ample facilities for all guests. As you move into the heart of the apartment, the living room welcomes you with a spacious and inviting atmosphere. Here, you'll find a sofa bed and a single fold-out bed, providing sleeping arrangements for two extra guests, bringing the total capacity of the apartment to six. The living room also features a dining table for communal meals and a TV for entertainment. An air conditioning system in the living room ensures a pleasant environment, regardless of the weather. The living room also includes a small dining area, perfect for enjoying your meals. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you might need, from a stove and oven to a refrigerator and dishwasher. Whether you're preparing a simple breakfast or a gourmet dinner, you'll find everything you need to make cooking a breeze. Finally, the apartment offers a small outdoor space at the back, equipped with a setup for enjoying the fresh air. It's an ideal spot for morning coffee or an evening drink after a day of exploring the city. Guest access You have the entire apartment at your disposal. Other things to note There is paid street parking out the front of the property and around the corner from 8am-10pm. It ranges from $12-16 dollars depending on the time of day you are parking. This parking is free overnight from 10pm-8am. You can also get cheaper parking if you book ahead at the Wilson parking station at Barangaroo. The remote for the air-conditioning systems is found in the first bedroom and can be used to operate all three of them. The extra linen for the 2 the sofa bed and the single spare bed are in the locked cabinet above the fridge CCTV cameras in the building - NOT inside the apartment. Interfering with the cameras will automatically result in termination of reservation. Running any kind of business out of the apartment is strictly prohibited. Nor is it allowed to provide personal services or produce any type of commercial video-/photographic material. You are only allowed to bring 1 pet and the pet must be under 10 kg. Your pet is not allowed in the beds or couches. If we receive any complaints from other guests or staff members regarding pet waste left unattended, we may have to impose a fine to cover the cost of clean-up and maintenance. THERE IS STRICTLY NO PARTIES AND SMOKING allowed at this property.
