This exquisite property, converted from a late 19th-century hunting lodge once owned by the princes of Leporano and Pulsano, offers a unique blend of rustic charm and modern sophistication. The resort features five distinct accommodation options, including the Suite La Vaica, Junior Suite, and Standard Rooms, each designed to provide a comfortable and memorable stay. The Suite La Vaica, located on the second floor, embodies the authentic character of Puglia's architecture, surrounded by nature and greenery. The Junior Suite offers an exclusive double room experience with a private garden and outdoor Jacuzzi, highlighted by a charming barrel-vaulted ceiling with ochre-colored stones. The Standard Rooms, with designer furnishings, are available in three units, two of which can be interconnected for larger groups. All rooms are double occupancy, accommodating a total of 10 guests, and pets are welcome. Guests can enjoy the tranquil surroundings of Bosco Caggioni and explore the nearby attractions, with the center of Pulsano just 3 km away and the historic city of Taranto accessible by car within minutes. Upon reservation, guests can arrange check-in between 5pm and 8pm, with late check-in available until midnight for an additional fee. Check-out is scheduled from 8:30am to 10am. A tourism contract, written in Italian, must be signed upon arrival, and a security deposit of €500 is required, refundable within 7 days of check-out barring any damages. Please note that the tourist tax, where applicable, is not included in the price and will be applied according to municipal regulations. An extra cleaning fee for pets is €2, and guests are required to sort and dispose of waste properly to avoid penalty fees. Additionally, the stove and cutlery must be left clean to prevent a €40 penalty fee.
