Historic stone house in Castel di Cireglio, a small and charming medieval village in the heart of the Pistoia mountains, ideal for exploring Tuscany. Pistoia can be reached in just 15 minutes, Florence and Lucca in half an hour by car or train, Viareggio, Pisa, and Livorno in less than an hour, and Abetone in forty minutes. An authentic place, surrounded by woods, ideal for those seeking peace, tranquility, and contact with nature, far from mass tourism. The space The house features two bedrooms with double beds, two living rooms, one with a sofa bed. A beautiful kitchen with an adjoining dining room. The bathroom is small but very charming and functional, with a window. The garden is made up of several terraces and, under the shade of a chestnut tree, offers a beautiful view that extends across the plain to Florence. A washing machine and dryer are also available. For younger guests, a children's bed with spare sheets, a changing table, a wooden high chair, a small extra toilet, and a set of cutlery, plates, and plastic cups are provided. For four-legged guests, the garden is approximately 50m2, 25m2 of which is fenced. The house includes a dog bed and two bowls... and a much-appreciated little hideaway (see photo in the listing). For the winter months: even in Italy, it can sometimes be quite cold. We are committed to ensuring your daily consumption of 4-5m3 of LPG, which is generally more than enough to keep your home warm and welcoming. However, if you consume more than this, we will be forced to ask for a contribution based on the cost shown on your invoice. Guest access The entire house, garden and terrace are available.
