The space The Green Heaven House will welcome you with an entrance surrounded by greenery, where once you cross the gate you can easily access the apartment independently and quickly. Once you enter the house, you will find yourself in a very welcoming and colorful environment, which will brighten your stay in our beautiful city. Upon entering the living room, you will find a very bright space complete with a very comfortable sofa bed where you can relax and enjoy a nice movie on the 40-inch TV with the main streaming services (Netflix, Prime Video) integrated. In the dining room, you will find the dining table with 4 very comfortable seats where you can taste your favorite dishes, as if you were at home! From the dining area of the room you can easily access the kitchen where you can have fun and enhance your culinary skills, also trying to reproduce our traditional dishes, such as a delicious lasagna or the famous tortellini. Proceeding from the room towards the hallway, you enter the sleeping area that will welcome you with an enveloping queen-size double bed, which will pamper you and allow a regenerating rest, ready for a new day! From the hallway you can access the toilet, complete with everything you need with also a nice shower box for a regenerating shower, next to the toilet you will have the laundry area that will allow you to wash and dry the laundry quickly and easily, in short, nothing is missing! Guest access To access the property, simply pick up the keys in a special lockbox, inside you will find the keys. Therefore, check-in is completely autonomous and flexible; everything will be explained to you in detail so you can have a carefree stay! Checkout must completed by 10 a.m., please put the keys back in the lockbox. Other things to note The tourist tax (not included in the final price) is €3 per night for each guest over 12 years of age, and it is requested for a maximum of 10 nights. Thanks to the apartment's strategic location, it will be easy to reach it with your car, and you can also enjoy the large free parking available right in front of the property. The proximity to the ring road will allow you to easily reach Bologna airport and the main highways for travel outside the city. Alternatively, there are several bus lines that connect Modena to all urban areas and all neighboring cities; the nearest stop to the apartment is "Montefiorino bivio dell'Ossola" and for longer trips you can easily reach the Modena train station, from which you can connect to the main cities of the region and the country.
