It is spread over 3 levels: • Entrance: Entering through a traditional Maltese wooden door, you will be greeted by a characteristic entrance with a well-lit staircase that will take you to the first floor. • First floor [Living room]: You will enter the air-conditioned living room, a cozy and bright environment, complete with a comfortable sofa bed and a smart TV with Netflix. The living room also has a typical Maltese balcony overlooking the promenade. • First floor [Bathroom]: A bathroom is connected to the living room and is complete with a brand new shower and all the necessary bathroom amenities. • Second floor [Dining area]: Going up to the second floor, you will enter the fully equipped kitchen area. This room is fully air-conditioned and boasts a patio with a wonderful sea view. Therefore, you can imagine yourself preparing lunch or dinner, enjoying the sea view. • Second floor [Main room]: The main room is connected to the dining area. It is bright and has a comfortable king size bed. There is a closet and a window overlooking the sea. Therefore, you can imagine waking up in the morning, opening the window and being enchanted by the spectacular promenade. • Second floor [Single room]: On the opposite side, the single room is small but cozy, with a single bed, a wardrobe and a window overlooking the sea. • Laundry: Through a unique access consisting of a typical Maltese staircase, which takes you to the roof. You will find a laundry room, equipped with a washing machine. • Roof/terrace: Climbing onto the roof, probably one of the best features of this house, you will have a privileged view of the three cities and the promenade. The terrace can also be used as a dining area. You can imagine yourself preparing a meal and then enjoying it on the roof, enjoying the view.
