Brief Description: Mediterranea house is a recently renovated property of character. It develops into 3 levels: • Entrance: Upon entering a traditional Maltese wooden door, you will be welcomed by a characteristic entrance with a well-lit staircase, leading you to the first floor. • First floor [ Living room ]: You will step in the air-conditioned living room, a cosy and bright ambience, complete with a comfortable sofa bed and smart TV with Netflix. The living room also features a typical Maltese balcony directly overlooking the promenade. • First floor [ Bathroom ] A bathroom is connected to the living room and it's complete with a brand-new shower and all the basics for the bathroom. • Second floor [Dining area] Going up to the second floor, you will enter the kitchen area that is fully-equipped. This ambience is fully air-conditioned and boasts a patio with a marvelous view of sea. Therefore, you can imagine yourself preparing your lunch or dinner, enjoying the Seaview. • Second floor [Main bedroom] The main bedroom is connected to the dining area. It is bright, and it features a comfortable king size bed. There is a wardrobe and a window overlooking the sea. Therefore, you can image yourself waking up in the morning, opening up the window and be enchanted by the spectacular promenade. • Second floor [Single bedroom] On the opposite side, the single bedroom is contained but cozy with a single bed, wardrobe and a window with sea views. • Laundry: Through a unique access consisting of a typical Maltese staircase, leading you up to the rooftop. You will find a laundry room, served with washing machine. • Rooftop/terrace: Going up to the rooftop, probably one of the best features of this home, you will have a privileged view over the three-cities and the promenade. The terrace can be used as dining area too.
