You'll feel right at home! The space Enter the Motor Valley PentHouse, you'll have plenty of room for you and your travel companions. As soon as you enter, you will find yourself in a large, bright space that encloses the living room and kitchen in an open-space layout. The kitchen is complete with everything you need for your stay. In fact, you can indulge in tasting local flavors by trying to reproduce typical Modena dishes. You will have at your disposal an induction cooktop on which you can test your culinary skills together with your travel companions, and a large table for six people where you can all stay together. The living room offers a contemporary vintage style. Let yourself be pampered by the comfortable sofa bed, enjoying one of your favorite movies on the 40" TV with all the built-in streaming services (Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+). You will have as a sweet backdrop the brick fireplace of the last century that will frame your most relaxing moments. Continuing to the sleeping area, you will find the two cozy double bedrooms where you can enjoy a regenerating rest, both equipped with comfortable and enveloping king-size beds; which will allow you to recharge your batteries, ready for a new day! A standard crib for children will be available upon request. The last room in the house is the bright and well-equipped bathroom with all the amenities you need and a nice shower where you can regenerate after a busy day exploring our wonderful city. Guest access To access the property, simply pick up the keys in a special lockbox, inside you will find the keys. Therefore, check-in is completely autonomous and flexible; everything will be explained to you in detail so you can have a carefree stay! Checkout must completed by 10 a.m., please put the keys back in the lockbox. Other things to note The tourist tax (not included in the final price) is €5 per night for each guest over 12 years of age, and it is requested for a maximum of 10 nights. Thanks to the apartment's strategic location, it will be easy to reach it with your car and you can also enjoy the ample free parking available right in front of the property. The proximity to the ring road will allow you to easily reach Bologna airport and the main highways for travel outside the city. Alternatively, there are several bus lines that connect Modena extensively to all urban areas and all neighboring cities; the closest stop to the apartment is "Marinuzzi Bivio Scarlatti" and for longer trips you can easily reach the Modena train station, from which you can connect to the main cities of the Region and the country.
