The house is a country house and has its own water well. As for electricity, it is connected to the power grid, but being at the end of the line, there can sometimes be low voltage. This is a common problem throughout Tafi del Valle, not just the house. The gas is from cylinders (25-liter cylinders). For each rental, the house is delivered with a cylinder in the state it is in (half a cylinder is ensured). If it runs out, it is at the guest's expense.
