We offer a 1+kk apartment near the Budějovická metro station - it is only a 10-minute drive to the city center. The apartment is renovated and fully equipped. It is very bright and quiet, making it an ideal place for a couple or friends who want to enjoy the city but also have a quiet place to sleep or work. There are a number of shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Parking is FREE in front of the house from the weekend (from Friday 20:00 to Monday 8:00), other days it is 20 CZK/hour and at night always FREE (from 20:00 to 8:00) The space Part of the apartment you'll have to yourself is: - double bed 160x200 - Dining table and 2 chairs - Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, oven, kettle and Tchibo coffee machine. There is also salt, pepper, sugar, tea and coffee. - Smart TV - Hair dryer - Body and hand washing gel, shampoo - Bed linen and towels - Wi-fi - Bathroom with shower and toilet - Storage space in the hallway The apartment has a very nice view of the city and a beautiful spacious terrace with outdoor seating. Other things to note We provide self check-in: keys are available in the box 24/7. CHECK-IN The house will be available from 3pm. CHECK - OUT On the day of departure, please leave the premises by 11 am. Parking is available for a fee on the street.
