This attractive and cosy space makes a wonderful living area, with a fully equipped kitchen, a charming dining area and an attractive lounge where you can sit back and relax around the warming wood burner, enjoy a movie or admire the sea views. There are two comfortable bedrooms: a maritime-themed double and a bunk bedroom. Bi-folding doors span the width of the property, opening out onto the large, furnished decked area. Here you can unwind and enjoy the sun and the glorious sea views. Steps lead down to a wild grassed coastal area with a fire pit and chairs – perfect for gathering in the evening and watching the sunset. You can also enjoy the beach, part of which belongs to the property. Seasalter is a delightful seaside village with a choice of pubs and restaurants. You can enjoy a walk along the beach into the bustling town of Whitstable (3 miles), famous for its seafood and home to the Oyster Festival. This is a great spot for water sports enthusiasts, keen walkers and nature-lovers. Also, within easy reach are Herne Bay (7.5 miles), the market town of Faversham (6 miles) and the historic cathedral city of Canterbury (7.5 miles).
