RHaa A + B – Two architect-designed houses with terraces

Kick back and relax in a quiet and central location in the middle of the Rhine Valley. You are booking 2 houses right next to each other. Our architect-designed terraced houses RHaa A + B impress with quality, minimalism and generous open spaces (4 terraces) with space for 10 people each (max. 20 people in total). We are located 10 minutes from the Swiss border. Only 15 minutes to Lake Constance, as well as to the beautiful Bregenz Forest. You need about 45 minutes to get to the Lech/Zürs ski resort. The space You have two identical houses right next to each other. On 200 m2 of living space per house, everyone will find their place to feel comfortable. Layout per house: On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms with double beds including 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. In the basement there is another bedroom with a lounge area. On the first floor, on the east side, you will find the cozy living room with a 10 m² terrace, another toilet, as well as the high-quality kitchen with a kitchen island (Miele appliances) and a fantastic 30 m² south-west terrace. This is equipped with a lounge corner. The two terraces on the south side are connected, so you can quickly walk from house A to house B on both floors. Throughout the house we use Smart Home by Loxone for a relaxed lighting concept. All walls, built-in furniture and the kitchen are of the highest quality - directly from the regional carpenter. Guest access The houses with the terraces on the upper floor and ground floor are for your sole use, except for the top floor, which remains closed to guests.
