The space This premises has 4 floors and your Flat is in the 2nd Floor with lift access and private entrance to the main door. This flat has 2 Bedrooms with one attached Bath room and one common bathroom ,dinning room ,Kitchen room and Living room along with TV,Microwave and Fridge. It has also Utility area with washing machine in it to be used by Guests. The Premises is in close proximity to Metro station, Shopping Malls,Popular Religious places,Restaurants,Municipal Park within walkable distance,Petrol Bunk,Super Markets etc. Guest access You are allowed to enter only the 2nd Floor to your flat itself and not to any to other floors including (G,1st,3rd or4th) Floor and Open terrace. If found visiting other floors or getting complains from other flat occupants ,you will be notified immediately to return to your flat itself. 2nd or Next complain will be dealt seriously including vacating of the flat you will be staying from the premisies itself.PLEASE DO NOT RING ANY BELL OUTSIDE THE BUILDING…… ALSO THESE ARE SELF SERVICE HOME STAYS/APARTMENT IN RESIDENTIAL COLONY. Other things to note SECURITY DEPOSIT (REFUNDABLE) OF RS 2500 WILL BE COLLECTED DURING CHECKIN. THIS WILL BE REFUNDED DURING CHECK-OUT AFTER THE FLAT IS INSPECTED FOR ANY DAMAGES AND SMOKING ODUR. Parties and Get Togethers not allowed. 2. Unpaid Guests are not allowed to stay. But Visitors are allowed with prior permission. 3. No Smoking Indoors. 4.
