There are built-in cupboards and an en-suite bathroom with shower and heated towel rail. The lounge area has comfortable couches as well as a wall-mounted smart flatscreen TV. Doors from both the lounge and bedroom open out onto a private sun-filled balcony with 2-seater outdoor dining table and mountain views. The kitchenette is equipped for a basic self-catering stay including a kettle, fridge/freezer and microwave. There is uncapped wifi and an inverter for loadshedding. Security cameras on the outside of the property only. There is an additional private patio with lovely sea views, built-in BBQ/Braai, handbasin and additional 2-seater outdoor dining table. Stairs leads down to the entrance foyer with a water fountain. There is direct access onto the beach just outside the property, a few steps from your front door. A major drawing card is the prime and extremely central location, in the heart of the Garden Route and Wilderness village. This is the perfect choice for an exclusive beachfront holiday in a prime location. Within easy walking distance to the village of Wilderness, with various restaurants, bars, markets, shops and more. Guest access You will have exclusive use of the entire apartment with private entrance. Other things to note - Security cameras on the outside of the property only. - There is an inverter / back-up supply of electricity in the event of loadshedding and rechargeable lights. All the geysers run off gas. - 1x Smart TV, no Dstv. - R 2000 in cash as breakages deposit upon check-in (or pre-paid via EFT for local RSA residents). - R 250 in cash upon check-in for late check-in fee if arriving after 18h00. - A maximum of 2 people sharing in 1 ensuite bedroom. Please do not exceed this number on any given night. - This house isn’t equipped to be child friendly. No children allowed. - Linen, bath & beach/swimming towels are provided – please do not use bath towels as beach/swimming towels. - Regret, no pets are allowed on the property. - No smoking indoors, please discard of cigarettes in astray provided and not on the patio, gardens or down toilets. - Unruly and/or noisy behavior will result in an eviction, with no refund. No parties or events are permitted at the property. Please respect the property and your neighbors, thank-you! No loud music or noise after 22h00 please. - Noise policy: Frida on the Beach is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood. We kindly request that loud music, parties or any excessive noise be avoided at all times, to preserve the serene and tranquil setting. No loud music or noise will be tolerated and the owners and property management company reserves their rights. - A cleaning surcharge will be charged should the tenants not leave the property in reasonable condition for occupation or if check-out happens later than the specified time. - Housekeeping service is not included - it is optional extra. Please advise us well in advance if you require this service as it is outsourced and subject to availability at time of enquiry. - This accommodation offers very basic self-catering with a kettle, fridge/freezer and microwave. No cooking facilities are available or permitted. Kindly provide your personal consumables. - There is only street parking available. Parking your car is at your own risk. - Sharing the same property is a self-contained villa and another apartment, each with their own private entrances, available to book together for a family or group of friends travelling together: Milkwood Beach Villa and Milkwood Beach Apartment. All 3 units share a common / same entrance off the street side/beach boardwalk. - Access to the beach is via this side gate from the property, sharing the communal boardwalk just a few steps onto the sand. Direct access from the property onto the sand is for the guests of Milkwood Beach Apartment.
