The space Our charming ground-floor room offers a pleasant view of the garden and is perfect for a relaxing stay. The room features a luxurious king-size double bed, a comfortable seating area, and a pantry with coffee and tea facilities, a fridge with freezer compartment, and a microwave. A narrow spiral staircase leads to the loft with two single beds. There is also a modern bathroom with a shower and sink. Guest access In addition to the indoor space, you have your own outdoor seating area where you can enjoy a coffee or tea in the garden. You are also welcome to share the rest of the outdoor space, including a football field, trampoline, pétanque court, and a chess area. Other things to note Good to know: • There is no stair gate. The loft is therefore less suitable for young children; they can comfortably sleep downstairs. • The staircase to the loft is narrow and steep and may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. For safety reasons, there is a maximum weight limit of 90 kg for using the staircase. • Smoking is only allowed in the designated outdoor area. Smoking indoors is not permitted. • Pets are not allowed in the room, but there is a covered space available outside. • Beds on the loft are made up for bookings of 3 guests or more. • Breakfast is not included but can easily be added at check-in.
