Please note that floors in Tower B are numbered 1 to 17 but there are no 4th or 13th floors. Therefore, the condo is located on the 17th numbered floor but the 15th physical floor. There are four towers in the ROMA development (Towers A to D). Since construction is ongoing in Tower D, guests may experience some noise disturbance while using the pool or outside amenities. Construction is not audible from inside the unit.
