Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to their private room and the terrace. While the room is entirely private, please be aware that the terrace area will be shared with other Airbnb guests in the building, as well as with the host and family. This shared space provides an opportunity for guests to enjoy the outdoors and interact with fellow occupants if desired.Whether you are 1 or 4 guests, the entire space with the separate entry on the first floor is all yours. You can also access the terrace, where you can sit with family and enjoy a beautiful valley view, especially enchanting at night. Non-vegetarian items and eggs are strictly prohibited. --- House Rules 1. Cleanliness Wash all used dishes before check-out. A cleaning fee may apply if left unwashed. Please keep the space tidy. Leave the apartment as it was given to you. 2. Smoking Smoking is allowed only on the terrace. Dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. 3. Energy Conservation Turn off lights, fans, and AC units when leaving the room. Conserve water and electricity during your stay. 4. Check-In / Check-Out Check-in: 2:00 PM Check-out: 11:00 AM Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request. Please confirm with the host in advance. 5. General Conduct Unmarried couples are not accommodated. No parties, loud gatherings, alcohol, or illegal substances allowed. Maintain quiet hours, especially during mornings and late evenings. Respect the privacy, peace, and cleanliness of the property. Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. Guests are responsible for any damage caused and must cover repair/replacement costs. Theft of any kind will not be tolerated. Use designated bins for trash and recyclables. 6. Guest Registration Please provide the names of all overnight guests prior to arrival. All guests must be registered. 7. Parking Two-wheeler parking is available. Four-wheelers are not permitted for long-term stays. 8. Luggage Guests are responsible for handling their own luggage during check-in and check-out, as no staff assistance is available. --- Safety and Amenities Fire extinguishers and first-aid kits are available. Thorough cleaning is conducted between guest stays. Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
