From the main entrance, just 30 meters away, you can access the crystal clear Ligurian Sea. A short distance away are several businesses, such as typical seaside restaurants and bars where you can enjoy breakfast with stunning views. The space The apartment can be defined as "dynamic" as it is spread over several floors. Inside, there is attention to detail, as can be seen from the design, but also attention to preserving the historicity of the property by enhancing the exposed rock. The kitchen offers all the comforts as it is equipped with everything you need: induction plate, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and much more. From the kitchen you can access the first bathroom with shower. The master bedroom offers direct access to the en-suite bathroom, featuring Carrara marble finishes. Other things to note The apartment can only be reached on foot. Private parking is included in the price, which is just a few minutes' walk from the house. In Tellaro, the ZTL (limited traffic zone) is in force all year round, 24 hours a day. In order to enter and unload luggage near the apartment, the guest must communicate the license plate of the car before arrival so that it can be registered on the police website and avoid the fine. During your stay at our property, you can also enter Lerici and other hamlets where the same ZTL is in force (always after communicating the license plate upon arrival at the property).
