Pool voucher can be purchased from admin office from Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm. If your reservation/accommodation falls on a weekend, let us know ahead of time so we can facilitate advance purchase of pool voucher. Other things to note HOUSE RULES: 1. Smoking is prohibited. 2. Only registered guests can stay inside the unit 3. Early check in / late check out is subject to availability. Please confirm with us if possible. 4. Pets are not allowed as per Condo policy 5. Refrain from cooking strong smelly food. When cooking, make sure that range hood is ON. 6. All things inside our unit are accounted for and has an equivalent value. Missing or damaged items will be charged accordingly 7. Please practice CLEAN AS YOU GO. Do not leave left-over foods and trash in the unit. Please throw your garbage in the garbage room near the elevator. 8. Please turn off the AC, Television, Lights and Shower Heater when not in used. 9. Guests are requested to observe noise curfew 10. Our House Rules are not limited to the above listed. Any act that may harm or damage anything inside the unit and building premises is considered a direct violation of the House Rules.
