The space Villa Anna is fresh and beautifully decorated and has an open kitchen and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the desired comforts, hob, oven, coffee maker, kettle, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The living room offers a dining area and sitting area with TV and has a cozy fireplace. The dining table is there for the days when the weather does not allow you to sit outside and eat on the large wooden terrace. From the living room, you go directly to the terrace with the swimming pool or to the covered terrace on the other side of the villa. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom, bedroom and study. The spacious tiled bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. The study serves as a small extra living room, a wonderful place to relax and enjoy a book. The study leads to the first bedroom with a double bed and a view of the swimming pool. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms and a second bathroom with toilet, shower and electric sauna. One of the bedrooms has two single beds, the other has two single beds, a sofa bed (for 1-2 people), TV and access to the roof terrace overlooking the garden towards the soccer field. The last bedroom is located in a garden house adjacent to the terrace, here is a bunk bed and a sleeping loft. The villa is surrounded by greenery, and the plot offers lovely terraces where you can enjoy both the sun and the shade. In addition, children can play to their heart's content in the garden, the lovely swimming pool (heated from June to September) and the private jeu de boule court. Charging station for electric or hybrid car, garden furniture, sun loungers, matching pillows and a charcoal barbecue are provided. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. Other things to note Upon arrival, you must pay a deposit of 2500 SEK for use of the swimming pool. The house is not rented to youth groups. Towels/bed linen are not included. You can bring your own bedding/towels or rent them.
