It is located in the historic Chaprais district of Besançon, in a private courtyard. It was here that Gérard Mantion, at the age of 24, founded the Maty company in 1951, which began as a watchmaker before becoming a well-known jewelry store in the region. Imagine yourself in the morning, drinking your coffee in what was once a watchmaker's workshop, with natural light bathing every room. This house was completely renovated in 2024, combining the soul of the past with modern comfort. **Why do our guests trust us?** ** Exceptional location **: 5-minute walk to Viotte train station. You get off the train, you walk a few minutes, and you're home. Other things to note Please note that bed linen and towels are provided for 4 guests. If you m are 5 or 6 , the additional guests will sleep on the sofa bed. An additional €15 fee will be charged for the sofa bed linen and extra towels. Please let us know before your arrival so that we can prepare the necessary linen 😊
