The Jay-BnB team warmly welcomes you to Dortmund. Feel at home in the newly renovated and lovingly designed apartment right in Dortmund's HafenCity. The apartment is fully equipped and furnished to a high standard. Both the Dortmund main train station and the pedestrian zone can be reached in a few minutes on foot or by the nearby tram. Free parking is available and stress-free check-in is possible at any time. The space The property is located in the attic of a newly renovated building. The apartment consists of a large living/dining room, with a dining table for up to 6 people, a large 50-inch UHD TV and a cozy sofa. Above the living room is a built-in roof niche with two single beds. The beds measure 90 x 200. The alcove is reached via a ladder. The bathroom in the apartment is also spacious. It has an open shower with a rain shower function and a large sink including an illuminated mirror. From the living room you go to the kitchen. This is a well-equipped kitchen. Plates, cutlery, glasses, cups, etc. are available in sufficient quantity. The kitchen has a 4-burner ceramic hob, as well as an oven and a steamer. There is also a side-by-side refrigerator including a freezer in the kitchen. There is also a leather sofa in the kitchen. This can accommodate up to 2 people and can be converted into a sofa bed if needed. Then there are also 2 guests on it. The highlight of the kitchen is undoubtedly the balcony. From here you have a great view of the skyline of Dortmund. From the kitchen, you go into the bedroom. In addition to a large wardrobe and a desk, there is also the large double bed of the apartment. This is 180 x 200 and has a high-quality spring mattress. Guest access Check-in is via a keyless entry system. Here you have the option to open the apartment by entering a code on the door lock as well as with your smartphone. This offers you a high level of flexibility and a stress-free check-in. Other things to note As already mentioned, the apartment is located in a newly renovated old building in Dortmund's Haven City. From here, you have the option to reach the city center of Dortmund or the main station within 10 minutes on foot. Alternatively, you can also use the nearby tram. 
In the walking distance, there is also a wide range of supermarkets, restaurants and a pharmacy. 
 You can either park directly for free on the street in front of the apartment or in a nearby paid P&R parking lot.
 After a long day, you can either relax in the apartment or decide to get to know Dortmund's nightlife. In Dortmund you can discover a variety of small bars and restaurants with a lot of Ruhr area charm. My absolute recommendations also include the beach bar "Herr Walter," which is located directly in the harbor.
 The apartment is located in a residential area in a central location to Dortmund city center. Due to the immediate proximity to the city center, you will experience a special city center flair. 

Thanks to the adjacent main road, it offers excellent transport links to both the highway and all districts of Dortmund. In recent years, the entire house has been extensively renovated and refurbished by the landlord. Currently, only minor work is being carried out in the rear courtyard in order to renovate it with the same care and quality as the rest of the house. Please note that your apartment is located in an apartment building where all apartments are provided for guests. Therefore, I ask you to behave appropriately in the apartment and in the stairwell to give all guests a pleasant stay. As a JayBnB team, we have no influence on the possible volume of other guests.
