Apartment near Haselfeld

Our apartment is located in the picturesque village of Baumkirchen, with a panoramic view of the mountains in the Inn Valley, directly on the field and edge of the forest, idyllic in the countryside. The central location on the highway and train connection (7 minutes' walk) allows numerous activities such as excursions, hikes, any sporting activities in any season for all ages. The proximity to Innsbruck, Hall, Wattens or Schwaz also makes it possible to make cultural excursions. The space The lovingly furnished and family-friendly apartment with large sun terrace is located in our single-family house on the 2nd floor. In the common entrance area, there is a separate spacious wardrobe for shoes and clothing, as well as for storing and drying skis, toboggans and the like. The open living-kitchen area makes the apartment appear sun-drenched and bright through the large panoramic window and promises you a breathtaking view of the beautiful mountains. The living room area includes a pull-out sofa bed, which may allow accommodation for children. A TV with satellite connection and free Wi-Fi access is available. In the bedroom, a large Swiss pine bed awaits for a good night's sleep. Bathroom with shower and toilet. The large, partly covered terrace, with a corner bench, table, two chairs and hanging chair invite you to linger, simply enjoy the vacation and relax. The sunset in the Inn Valley, perhaps with a good glass of wine, offers an unforgettable vacation in our beautiful state of Tyrol. The small herb garden is also available for free use. Guest access Please feel free to use the wardrobe on the left side under the staircase in the entrance area. All doors on the first floor, as well as the wardrobe on the right side, are private! Thank you! Other things to note Tourist tax is not included in the price. From the age of 16, €1 per night/person must be paid to the tourist office. Therefore, we ask that you pay this in cash to the host before departure. ATTENTION: From May 1, 2025, the tourist tax is €2.60 per night/person! Thank you very much!
