This beautiful cottage for 4-5 people is ideally located at the gates of the Massif du Sancy and Haute-Corrèze and is easily accessible by the A89 motorway. It has an entrance, living/dining room, fitted and equipped kitchen, 1 adult bedroom with 160 x 200 comfort bedding and storage, 1 children's bedroom with 3 beds, shower room (Italian shower), 1 toilet, a quiet private outdoor area fully enclosed, private parking. Numerous nature activities await you for a total change of scenery! The space Your accommodation has been completely renovated in 2024 and has comfortable bedding. The kitchen has everything you need for your comfort, namely: kettle, toaster, Senseo, 6 cups, 6 glasses, 6 bowls, 6 flat plates, 6 dessert plates, pots, pans, washing machine, etc. Beds and towels will be ready when you arrive. Beds will be made. On site will be at your disposal: Bikes including (1 women's bike, 1 male bike, 2 children's bikes. Also 2 sets of 6 pétanque balls a space for your games with family and friends that is across the street. You can have fun with a great flying deer PARAFOIL very easy to use (paragliding technology). Close to your accommodation you will find: The School Museum (in front of the cottage), 1 tennis class, games for young children, hiking trails, beautiful viewpoints, lakes, lush nature, the Musée de la Mine, the ski slopes 25 minutes away, Vulcania 45 minutes away etc... Other things to note When you stay at the L'Instant Présent vacation rental, you have the choice either to do the cleaning yourself or to opt for a cleaning fee of €25/stay (to be paid on-site). I. If you have chosen not to opt for the cleaning service! As a result, you have chosen to clean this accommodation before your departure. Clean: refrigerator, shower, kitchen, microwave, stove, oven, toilet, vacuum and wash the floor. Everything you need is available in the cupboards located at the entrance of the cottage. II. Gather used towels and kitchen towels in the bathroom. III. The day before the end of your stay, let us know your checkout time, knowing that 10am will be the deadline. IV.
