Guest access Our apartment is meticulously crafted to ensure your comfort and enjoyment, featuring an array of recreational facilities such as a swimming pool, outdoor shower, gym room, recreation room, and a common garden – perfect for unwinding after a day of activities. Nestled in The Loft Residences, our accommodation ensures a secure environment with 24-hour manned security at the lobby. Your safety and well-being are prioritized through controlled access to residency areas via a secure access card system. For added convenience, car parking is available upon request during the booking process, ensuring a seamless experience with your vehicle securely parked on-site. Other things to note Check-In time is scheduled for 3 PM, and Check-Out time is at 11 AM. (Note: Early check-in may be available upon request.) Upon arrival, guests can conveniently retrieve their keys and access cards from the mailbox located in the ground floor entrance lobby. Detailed instructions, including PIN codes and other necessary information, will be provided in the check-in instruction pack. Additionally, guests will receive the house rules document two days prior to their arrival. We kindly request a refundable security deposit of RM300, payable either through bank transfer or in cash before or during the check-in process. The deposit will be fully refunded upon check-out, contingent upon adherence to the house rules. We are proficient in English, Malay, Mandarin, and Cantonese languages.
