Donkey lodge with hot tub

Cerise and Tchouky invite you to stay in a renovated 1843 farmhouse They are very nice and live independently. The cottage can accommodate 6 people with its 3 bedrooms (1 bed of 160, 2 beds of 140), two bathrooms (2 toilets) a toilet and a large living room (70 m2) with a large fully equipped kitchen. You will stay in the heart of the vineyard a few km from Sancerre and Chavignol. You will be ideally located to stay and discover the Sancerre area. The space Once through the front door, you enter the 70 m2 open living room (living room, dining room, kitchen). A hybrid stove (wood and pellets) Bathroom. The kitchen area is fully equipped with American fridge freezer (fresh water and ice cubes), oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, Senseo coffee maker, etc. Upstairs, there are 3 cozy and comfortable bedrooms, each with a theme (blue, zen, terracotta). Each bedroom can access the bathroom which has a bathtub, walk-in shower and toilet. An outdoor picnic table allows you to eat next to the donkeys (weather permitting), if it is not nice or too hot, the barn behind the house is an ideal place to meet with family or friends. The stove that can heat the living room and two bedrooms. There are also electric radiators in each room (1 in the living room, 1 in each bedroom and a heated towel rail in the upstairs bathroom) for more comfort and so that the stove remains a pleasure. You live with them throughout your stay, it is possible to pet them, brush them and go for walks (by appointment). It's just forbidden to feed them in my absence, as well as to go into their meadow. You have access to the whole house, garden and barn. Other things to note The cottage is very natural. No pets allowed, so as not to disturb the donkeys, chickens and cat who live in freedom year-round at the cottage. They are very nice and do not go near people. No weedkillers, lawnmowers or anything else, the donkeys graze and maintain the hedges and woodland.
